[Resolved] Vodafone Mobile Karnataka — Complaint of Vodafone Postpaid Service for charging wrong bill and fraud | |||
To Vodafone Customer support, The complaint is regarding the over billing of the my Vodafone no [protected] (my wife use this number) monthly bill period of 26.011.12 to 26.12.12. I would like to bring it to notice that I have been charged more than Rs. 13000 for 1 month bill even though my credit limit was Rs 5000 (Later they increased to 7800 to give higher bill without any call or information). My previous monthly bills ranges are from Rs 400 to Rs 800. I have been charged heavily for my data usage more than 4 GB (2GB pack of 99 rs is already activated in my number). On 24 December, they sent message that your approx bill is Rs 6700 and then after 2 days, on my bill generation date 26th December, they gave of more than 13K bill. I should have been intimated earlier once when I crossed my set credit limit. I tried to call customer care and they are not replying correctly and saying their system is down or they can't see the bill..etc..blah blah.. I hope to vadafone customer care dept will look this matter on urgent basis and will provide me rectified bill that I can pay my bill ASAP.
