[Resolved] Vodafone - Mumbai — Vodafone - Wrong billing, humiliating emails | |||
I had an outstanding bill of Rs 354. And I wished to disconnect my connection because of their fraudulent bill, horrible network and customer services. Instead of accepting my request to close the account, these guys waited until 3 months, which added monthly rental to my account and then gave me a whopping bill of 1470 Rs. I disputed the bill but they threatened me that if I delayed the payment they would keep adding monthly rental and then I would eventually have to pay them. I was very upset. I was paying for something I had not even used. I still reluctantly paid the big amount of 1470. But I still receive emails from Vodafone saying I need to make the payment. Nothing is disgusting or humiliiating than this. I have sent several emails saying I have done the payment and have provided them with transaction ID. I am really frustrated with these emails.
