[Resolved] Vodafone Nc_dl_mv_ent99special — Incorrect Bill | |||
I am using Vodafone connection with plan NC_DL_MV_ENT99Special. As this corporate plan, I spose to get 250 M2M local minuts and 200 or 300 message free every month ; however they have charged me for messages and I have only done 58 messgaes in a month. I don't know why they make mobile bills complicated. They just want to make fool of their customers. This is not the metter for 15 or 20 bucks, I just want to highlight how make bills as per their benefit. Was this information helpful? | |||
