[Resolved] Vodafone / Packet Data — Wrongful Deduction of Rs. 160 | |||
Hello, The complaint is regarding wrongful deduction of charges. My data pack was expired on 23.11.12 , then i had turn off my data package which is down under Setting / mobile network of my mobile. Further to above, then i had.connected to wifi at my relatives place, which shall not have any nexus with vodafone Internet usage and was having a balance roughly of Rs 160. However in d morning i got a pop up message from your part that your prepaid account balance is Rs Nil. I have tried my efforts to rectify d same, but it was in vain. Even would like to tell you that customer executive at your end don't even know how to talk instead of being polite they try to be our bosses which is not acceptable in any case.
