Hello, My name is Umesh and I have a complaint against mobile store customer care service. I have purchased HTC desire C Mobile from mobile store in ahmedabad at naranpura before two years back. My mobile is in extended 1 year warranty.I have a problem Internet and sensor problem in my mobile. I have given it to customer care for repairing of it on 18 Dec 2013. They Give me my mobile on 20 January without doing any repairing of it. So, once again I have given back to mobile store on 24 jan -2014 But till my mobile is not repaired. I asked two three times, they always give same answer it is in process. I am in problem because of this i could not communicate to my business people, I am not able to mail them at regular time. i am facing a lots of problem. I hope that you do something for this. i had orederd sony xperia c on 20 may from mobile store 11 days had alredy past but still phone is not deliver and als o iam unable to track my order and they people are unable to answer my order no. is[protected] please o the needfull
