[Resolved] Mobiletopup.co.in — Lucky Draw fraud | |||
On 14th Oct'14 i received a call from http://mobiletopup.co.in/ website Sr. Reward Executive Mr.Rajeev Upadhyay (Mobile: [protected] and [protected]) informing me about winning a samsung mobile Galaxy S5 worth Rs.36, 999.00 and Reebok goodies worth Rs.6, 999.00 in the daily lucky draw for recharging my mobile on there website and to claim that i have to pay them as per govt. rule TDS 30% u/s 194B plus service tax 12.36% total around Rs.14, 830.00. After making the payment they will dispatch the mobile and reebok goodies to my given address at Hyderabad. But when i insisted i can't pay the whole amount at one time without and security, so they said once i pay them Rs.1000.00 as commitment payment they will dispatch it same day through Gojavas courier on COD basis. So i made the payment same day and received acknowledgement from them on my email. But the Samsung S5 mobile was delivered to me after two days and when i opened it i found that the mobile was a duplicate one not an original one, when i intimated them about it on email to [protected]@mobiletopup.co.in and [protected]@mobiletopup.co.in there replied me that they were really sorry for it and arrange for a reverse pickup and deposit the given amount into my bank a/c. But i am sure that there are not going to return my money after speaking to some of there earlier victims like me. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||

Complaint against Mobiletopup.co.in (online site) Myself Mukesh Goyal. I shortlisted in their weekly lucky draw in which if i recharge from their site & get selected in their draw then they given me Samsung Galaxy S5, Rs 10000.00 worth of recharge & Reebok Goodies worth Rs.6999/-. On 7th Oct recd a mail from their company to claim the same. In which I agreed to claim the prize & paid the amount (Rs.18, 404/- as TDS amount against the winning amount). On the same day I paid Rs.1000.00 (online) as confirmation amount net banking & me paid amount i.e. Rs. 17, 404.00 on delivery company Gojavas AWB number-NDAFLYC1000119 ON 13 oct by hand cash. but only samsung 5s mobile delivered anod mobile vouncher, reebok item next day delivered. but tiem not 3month after delivered. found mobile 5s china brand duplicate copy original samsung. mobile 2 month work after IMEI number invalid. not workmobile.
