Modi builders is one of the worst builders in Hyderabad, this company project name Splendour apartments has no borewells & all residents are suffering with severe water problems every day. Still Modi builders are careless & not taking any action towards providing ground water. I request any one who is buying any flat, please don't become a pray & get trapped by their false promises. Modi builders is a cheater. Such companies i request the government to cancel their licences & blacklist modi builders.

Modi builders finally solved the water problem on Sept-2015 after discussing with house owners on the water crisis in splendor & resolved the water issue. Hope they continue to provide the basic services & resolve all the issues in future on time. I take back my complaint & i sincerely apologize for it. Kudos to Modi & team of owners in community.

Yes, this is very true, Modi builders are cheaters & a fraud company with all fake promises, specially they currently doing nothing to provide ground water facilities to residents of Splendour apartments.

    We found dampness on walls through out the flat, dripping of water from roof in bathrooms and the same has been brought to the notice of Customer care, thrice work has been done on that but still the situation is same. Twice chipping, applying lappam and painting has been done but as days pass through again dampness is found on the walls through out the flat. In spite of complaining repeatedly it is not addressed properly and now all the damp walls accumulated Fungus. If a permanent solution is not provided soon the whole flat will be in a situation where Humans cannot live.

      I purchased a semi constructed 2BHK from Modi Builders in Sep 2012 and as per the sales agreement I was promised that the flat will be delivered in 2 months. This is Jan 2014 and I am still waiting for the hand over. In Jun 2013 I was asked to complete the possession related formalities because then the flat would be finally cleaned and handed over. But since June, because of one or the other problem ModI Builders are not handing over the flat to me, Moreover, head office, customer care ...those irresponsible people have stared ignoring us. Emails and phone calls and not answered anymore. Can you help in any way ? Can share the details if required.

      The flat was delivered finally. I am glad that such forums work. After delivering the flat, I received an email to remove the request from this website. However I am not sure why the email said 'remove' and not 'close'. I'd not like to provide the email here please its again a kind of bluff by the builder, the email read that the builder needs to contact me urgently regarding some cheque issue, but later disclosed that these guys were trying to reach out to me regarding removal of this complaint from this forum. May be the dirty trick was to get my attention. But anyhow, the flat is ready and has been delivered, so the complaint can be closed from this forum. Thanks again for the support !

      I thought the matter is closed but received another disappointed call from Modi Builder to REMOVE this complaint from this website.
      Not only this, there is a payment due from the Builder towards me, and I've been warned that if I wont remove this complaint from here then that payment will not be processed.
      I guess soon I'll have to go beyond the consumer complaint forums to deal with the kind of harassment Modi Builder customer care has started because of this entry in this website.
      Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

      Modi Builders — Flat delivery delayed by 6 months and still no response

      Process started so sweetly until Modi builders received all the money from me and the bank loan which is around 6 months bank. and since months I have been chasing the builder to give the possession, they keep postponing week by week, poor quality material and workmanship before even giving possession to me repairs have started, still there is no ray of hope for the possession. Can you please help, Happy to share the details.

        I have purchased a villa from Modi Builders in their venture named “Sunshine Park Annexe” at Ghatkesar on 12th NOV 2012. Builder has constructed the house with a very cheap quality material and is not at all ethical in terms of response to customer and Handing over the house on time. Its been close to year now and I still haven’t got the house. Their staff is totally irresponsible and they have dumb labor who don’t even know how to construct a wall.

        So far my house is undergoing a lot of repairs to walls for the past 4 months. They always demand and threaten customer to get their money.

        There are many issues like:
        1) both internal and External Wall cracks
        2) Seepage issues
        3) poor quality of bricks and other construction material
        4) labor doesn’t even know how to construct and their staff is totally dependent of these dumb labors
        5) They have managed LIC housing loan officers and grabbed the entire loan amount even before constructing the house.
        6) Entire site is currently undergoing serious drainage and plumbing issues where in they even missed a pipe line and have not closed the plumbing circuit in the layout.
        7) Builder is giving me a lot of pain since 12 months in constructing the house with agreed quality and design terms
        8) Nobody inspects the house during and after construction
        9) No proper response to customer. they have an extremely worst customer reps who do not even know the actual status of construction
        10) Builder has issued me a legal notice in the month of October and threatened me to pay the balance amount. they haven’t legally with drawn the legal notice even after immediately making their payments.
