[Resolved] Moglix — order quantity was not correct | |
I ordered 4 Godrej Locks and only received 3 in the package!! Please check your package before paying for it. I called many times on Moglix helpline but it is always busy. I did not receive a call back or acknowledgement of my complaint. There is a major issue with Moglix as I expected them to check the invoice and match the order before shipping. They could have cancelled my order or called me if there was an issue. I am really disappointed in the service provided by Moglix. Was this information helpful? | |
