Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Complaint for no cream in Oreo biscuit

Please find attached pictures of biscuit purchased from D-Mart Airoli Navi Mumbai.
This is a Jumbo pack and we have received a biscuit with no cream in it.
Attached are the pictures for reference. There were offered to a person and it was very bad impression while receiving the feedback due to non cream biscuit found while having it.

Request to share the reason and solution for this same.
