[Resolved]  Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Dairy milk silk oreo, chocolate - smells oily tastes horrible

I brought 2 diary milk silk oreo on 17th june 2017. When i opened the wrapper, the white wrapper looked completely drenched in oil. The chocolate was melted inside and disfigured. The taste was horrible. Never expected something like this from a brand like cadburys. I filed a complaint by calling up the number on the wrapper. They took the details and i received a mail saying someone from their team would come and collect the samples. No progress till now even after couple of reminders. They don't seem to care as they are already well known for their brand. This is really annoying and disgusting when you pay so much for a chocolate and it turns out to give you a horrible experience.
