Hello,
This is the third time, it has happened. I have purchased a Cadbury Bournville (50% Dark) from a local shop in Howrah, West Bengal. When I opened the product it was ruined, white granulated duplicate substance inside, no 'Bournville' sign engraved in it.
This had happened approximately two months back as well, I bought, found it's ruined, complained to the shopkeeper, he compensated me with another product, which was fine.
Yesterday, this happened again, so I returned it to the shopkeeper, he gave me another product which is the SAME. (I am attaching photos herewith)
This is highly unacceptable. I DO NOT expect such disgraceful quality from Bournville.
Please help me understand, is it my shopkeeper(or retailer) selling duplicate products or is it your negligence in quality. (I have seen similar complaints floating across the internet from around the country)
Please get back to me as soon as possible. I want the quality to be checked, a complaint against the retailer(if his fault), or the supply chain.
Kindly look into the matter. I can provide with exact address and details if required. The package is with me.
Expecting a prompt response.
Regards,
Madhurima Roy
