[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — stale foul smell from cadburys dairy milk silk oreo

I'm writing this only because I've lost trust in the product. Out family always preferred Cadbury's for every celebration, over other brands as there would be no compromise in the quality.
Yet, this is the 3rd time there was some oily smell coming out once the packet(DAIRY MILK SILK - OREO, 130GMS-Rs.170/-) was opened and some foul, stale oil kind stuck to inside of the wrapper. Its like the inside cover is dipped in some foul smelling oil. First 2 times when it happened I just thought it was due to some poor storing at the place though it was purchased from a hygenic place. Today when I opened the packet it feels like the product has something to do with as this is being repeated.
The date entered (01) has been added by me as there is only a month and yr given on pack 06/17 as its written.
Kindly attend to the situation may become bad if left unattended. I also demand a complete refund of the amount paid as I've not earned free.

Updated by nikhilasura Already posted and one of you executive's has already attended to the issue (on 11/01/2018 around 11.00AM) and replaced it with a good pack. However, I requested for money back which was informed not to be in your policy. Thank you for attending to issue I look forward for a better quality in the product hereon by looking into the quality and storage issues.

I brought a dairymilk home treat pack and found the chocolate was so hard than normal dairymilk and there also some colour difference in some areas like fungus

I found fungus i n bournville chocolate and i want to take this info to media really i dont forgive it bcoz if anyone who dont know about it will be frauded soo i will make a complaint against the company
