[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Temptations Almond Treat

On 25 June, I bought Cadbury Temptations, Almond Treat Flavor being a fan of temptation chocolate, I am a very frequent buyer of this chocolate. But it came to great disgrace when I opened my chocolate and there was just half chocolate even though there were no signs of opening the pack. The chocolate shape was unusual and was not given in the exact amount as promised by the company. The chocolate was half empty and appeared as half eaten or broken. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchase, such a waste of money and time. I don't understand what's the point of buying a big chocolate if it is given in half. It is loss of my money. I am attaching the pictures of the chocolate I received. How come a big company like you can give a product that is not promised. I have got same problem. I have bought this chocolate on 10th July 2021 (Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh) to gift to a relative. After we open this, we found only half chocolate. This is very embarassment moment on my birthday. I have decided to not to by any Cadbury chocolates hereafter.
