[Resolved]  MoneyTap — Account delete

I have created account and have'nt used it. I no longer needed their services.
I requested to delete my profile from their database.
I have sent many mails but till now my account is active when i log in with my registered mobile number.
[protected] is the number, no proper responce untill now from the customer care team.

kindly look into this.

Received mail on feb 16th that in 15 working days my data will be deleted but still after 20 working days my account is still active. complaint has not been resolved.
