Dear Sir,
I had taken a loan amounting to Rs. 75000/- in the month of September'2021 from Moneytap. I already paid the EMIs for seven months,
and now I want to foreclose the loan by paying the full outstanding amount. In this scenario I had mailed several times to the support
email ID ([protected]@moneytap.com) to know the Loan foreclosure process but they are not responding at all. However, I contacted with the same person
(Name: Sourav Das: [protected]) who helped me to understand the process at the time of taking the loan amount through
Moneytap App, and I briefed that I am facing issues regarding forecloser process, he repeatedly telling he can not do
anything on this matter.
Being a customer I really not able to understand how to repay the full outstanding amount to foreclose my loan, as there is no option available
in the Moneytap App as well. Screenshot of all process is attached for your reference.
This is a gentle request to provide any solution on the above at the earliest.

The customer team simply telling we will resolve the issue but no response. I am not getting why foreclosure taking 8 days. I am ending up paying 8 days intrest. I don't think this month I will get close the loan. Waste of support here... Sll false promises and waste support. Improve the process for foreclosure in the app itself. Is this delay because you want more intrest money from us. Don't do this things it will lose trust on the app users.
