MoneyTap — money tap is fraud, they are deducting amount without any reason.

DMI finance company having channel partner of Money tap, which is providing loan with 36% interest rate ( online by mobile App ).
i have took the loan of 40, 000/-rs. as per money tap policy my fist EMI deduct on 06/04/[protected]/- rs ) by UPI.
As per policy my EMI date is 05 of every month till last EMI.
Suddenly i change the mobile number with my SBI bank account, this same information i provide to Money Tab also by mail ([protected]@moneytap.com) and by calling to customer care No ([protected], [protected] ) but they were not supportive and not good in money tap financial knowledge.
There the person name of Rohan kumar he force to me download the anydesk app so he can watch the my bank account as well Money Tap App on my Mobile access.
Mobile no changing issue is not resolved yet. he ask me other bank details, i gave information of my another bank account of PNB.

Date of 27/05/2019 5017rs deduction happened
UPI/[protected]/P2V/[protected]@axisbank/MINA SARY.
All deduction happened from PNB bank.

i inform to PNB Bank, they raise the complaint and block the UPI and ATM card also.

All this complaint i share with DMI finance on Toll free no [protected] but they were not respond
