[Resolved]  MoneyTap — Payment not updated

I have made the foreclosure payment towards my loan on 8/12/21 the amount was Rs7503, the amount got deducted and it was credited to moneytap account but they are refusing to accept that even after showing them the bank statement and I also confirmed this with the Bank, they also confirmed it that the money is credited, so i have made a stop payment towards money tap's further emi, so now they have filed a legal notice, even after multiple mails and tried contacting them they are not responding or offering any solution
