Dear Authority, I'm regular customer for your cakes, pastries etc. However it was worst experience as on date when I wish to do payment via debit card. Your franchise simply refuse to accept with unreasonable excuses and believe me it happens several time. They simply redirect to nearest ATM centre. I need to explain you about current ATM situation. Government of India is insisting to digital and its not expected from brand like Monginis. Kindly make mandatory at all your centre till last order. Look forward for positive response. Thanks much.
