My name is Sonali Ghanti residing at Byculla. On 27th of October 2023 at evening I visited Monginis cake shop which is located at Jacob circle Saatrasta. I purchased Pineapple cake 1kg which cost 650rs which I paid online through net banking app, immediately amount deducted from my bank account and also displayed in account statement but the shop person was saying that he has not received the payment even i waited since long time but shop person was continously arguing with me and also denied to give me the cake and then he forced me to make another payment then only he will give the cake, As already I was late then I again made payment through my another bank and then after he gave me the cake but my concern is I visited shop again and again but the shop person is not responding and looking into my concern. As I only trusted monginis as my favourite cake shop, but the way he bahaved and the service received I am totally not satisfied with it. I request you to kindly refund single amount as I have paid twice . Please find attachment of bank statements of both the account for your referrence. Waiting for your kind reply pls do needfull.
