[Resolved]  Monsterindia.com — I am complaining about the paid services for job recruitment- ripoff and scam

I registered in monster.com and the next day i.e on 16th January 2019, I got a call from Monster saying that they have shortlisted my resume for 2 companies - Accenture and Cognizant, the initial payment for the process is Rs. 2600 that is refundable.
Mails received from -
No body informed me that each and every step after the initial payment will need a money transaction .

Here are the details:
1. Received call from - [protected] Person Name: Sumit- CRM Manager- Forwarded my resume and performed every step .
2. Initial payment for 2600/- was done on 16th January 2019 via Google pay on UPI ID- job.[protected]@axisbank.
3. Next came the payment for profile verification- same person contacted me and the payment amount was of 6500/- done via google pay on UPI ID - job.[protected]@axisbank.
4. Next for e-profile generation, payment of Rs. 11000/- was done on the same UPI ID- job.[protected]@axisbank.
this transaction was failed for 2 times resulting the money to be debited from my account but they claimed that it has failed. next they asked for a payment of 22000/- all the amount is refundable, even the accidental amount. I made the paymnet for 22k which was suucssful on the UPI ID- job.[protected]@axisbank
5. next Day i.e 17- January 2019, Sumit contacted me again and told me that for the refund process to start, they need to generate a verification ID for me and for that they will request for 31, 100/- transaction on Google pay, but that amount will not be debited. I told them No and that I want to opt out of all this process and that I don't want to get any jobs like this.

6. But He was stuck on that procedure only. he then said that okay you generate the ID for 22000 that will be refunded but the amount will not be debited from your account. i actually again fell for that and said ok, and again the amount was debited from my account. Another accidental debit.

7. Now they have actually started the refund process for the 31, 100 amount, but they are unable to verify the transaction IDs of the accidental transaction that i have provided them.

8. these are the transaction IDs and details:
1st 11k transaction- Google transaction ID: CICAgKCS0vfobQ
UPI Transaction ID[protected]
2nd 11k Transaction - Google transaction ID: CICAgKCS0r_PQg
UPI transaction ID[protected]
3rd 22k Trabsaction (amount that was not to be debited): Google Transaction ID: CICAgKCS6t7NFA, UPI Transaction ID:[protected]

They are claiming - person name- Hitesh Number- [protected]- account person. according to them they are unable to verify these above mentioned transaction IDs. and Now they are asking me to do another new transaction of 44K to generate a new transaction ID in order to get my Accidental Amount ie- 22k plus this new 22k back.

I have asked them to send me the details of this policy they are following and Proof that my Transaction IDs are not getting verified, but nothing.

I need the amount that was accidental transaction of 44k need to be refunded back to me ASAP. 44k is not a small amount of money. Why do i need to spend another 44k for the refund. Also they are claiming that once i do the transaction, they will actually refund the whole amount i.e. 88k to me while on the call.

If they can do that why cant be send me my money back on my UPI ID?

Kindly HELP.
I am worried about my money.
