I am a regular customer of more megastore in greater noida in omaxe mall.

My complaint is regarding one of your employees named rajesh sharma - cash counter supervisor.

He is a really rude person and lacks basic etiquettes and manners.

It's been twice now that he has misbehaved and it really makes the whole experience of visiting your store worthless.

I'm a customer who buys the things i need from your store in exchange for money. I'm not a beggar nor am i a thief, but the way i was treated made me feel that way.

I feel really small because of him and you've lost a customer a today.

I just wish to get this across so that somebody else doesn't have to go through what i went through emotionally.
