Morestore — Double payment : promise to refund within 24 hrs, after 15 days -still dont refund.

I have purchased from MORE store ( store code 3379, Athani Road store, Bijapur), bill no:[protected] dt 21.12.20 .

Amount-2353.2, paid by google pay [protected], but as the print out is not coming, store manager asked me to pay by card. ( confirmed if google pay received it will be back by 24 hrs)

I have then paid by card 2000+353.25=2353.25.
After a day, it was confirmed & accepted by store manager Akshay ([protected]) that double payment done & payment will be reverse.
Today is 06.01.21, still no refund come.
immediate do the the refund.
THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTED FROM MORE STORE.
