Morestore — Got charged two times for same bill amount | |||
Hi This complain is regarding the transactions which I made two times for the same bill amount on 17th Aug 2021. First time I paid through Google pay app by scanning the QR code displayed on the terminal, Amount got deducted from my account but terminal generated the cancel slip. After this, Cashier told that it will get refunded within 24 hrs and asked me to do payment through other mode. So, 2nd time I used my debit card and paid the bill amount. So two times I got charged for the same bill and didnt received refund for first transaction. I went to store multiple times but everytime they are telling that they will check and update but they didn't call back. So kindly do the needful and help to initiate refund process for first transaction. Attaching the Google pay screenshot and 2nd transaction receipt here. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
