Morestore — offer gift not given

Offer till 31st march.. 15000/- shopping we get cooker n my total till 31st march was 15206/- upon enquiring i found that my name not listed... N an email was sent to their head around 15 days bk still they say no reply.. Took my no but no call. This is in bangalore vijaya bank layout... Very disappointed.. Every visit staff is changed.. Almost a month over n no resolution.. Everytime i ask they give some excuse either server.. Down.. Or manager not there... Or my name not listed or email sent but no reply... Does it take 15 days for the management to reply... Or they take contact no n assure resolution... No body calls...
