Morestore — unprofessional, rude behaviour of shop assistant | |||
I visited more store, malleshpalya, bangalore on 27th may, 2019, at 9:30 am. I requested a shop assistant to help me to find pudhina as i was unable to see any in the leafy veg section. I was 2 aisles away when i asked him for assistance. Without so much as batting an eyelid, he tells me all the pudhina is over. I urge him to check and then tell me. At first he refuses to, saying he is certain. On further urging he checks and comes back and tells me there is none, just as he had claimed earlier. It is just 9:30 am. I challenge him that he is not doing his job of helping me, and that i am sure there is pudina in available. I go and ask a few other shop assistants and they find 10 bunches! Ganesh, the errant shop assistant is unapologetic to say the least. To my shock, other shop assistants pipe in speaking in favour of ganesh! That gave me an idea of the sorry state of more store! I complain to the shop supervisor, srikanth, who is least helpful. He does not reprimand the ganesh in any way, neither does he apologize to me. When i ask for the manager's number, he writes down a wrong number on a piece of paper! In addition, several bins of the loose items were empty and so was the aata, which i needed to buy. He made me wait for 15 mins while the bin was refilled. This is the state of the shop during the peak hours! The price tags are not up on any of the fresh produce. No one is doing their job! Fortunately, i took the numbers of the manager (John thomas) and cluster manager (Sanju chengappa) from the shop signboard and called them after reaching home. Both apologised (Easiest thing to do) and mr. Chengappa said he will update me by the same evening as to the action he took. No call from him. Today when i called him at 2 pm, he says he is in a meeting and will call after 6 pm. I wonder what they are discussing at meetings that goes on for 4 hours, especially when the state of the stores is so pathetic! I wonder who the top management is, as no one makes themselves known or is trackable. So, whether a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they could not be bothered. They don't care that the cluster manager is not doing his job properly or that the manager of the store is useless, as they will never know, since the customer cannot contact them! I hope samara capital-amazon is listening to us and reading the complaints. Samara capital-amazon are you okay with the rotten service being provided by your joint venture — more retail?? Will you please make sure customer complaints don't just keep bouncing between customer care centers and the inefficient store managers. Most ineffective arrangement!
