Morphy Richards — ICON Deluxe Food processor manufacture defective | |
Dear All Morphy Richards India is cheating their valued customers . I have purchased ICON Deluxe food processor through Amazon India.Morphy Richard has not supported for free installation and demo. After few months the product is out of service ( because of manufacturing defects Jar and unit ) I was made complaint to customer care . Service engineer visited in chargeable basis and told the unit gearbox was down and jar is out of service and buy new jar . With in 18months and only few operations unit the product was out of service. After many correspondence you not taken serious action to your defective product . This is not related to service and service department no concerned to in this matter. You should action ask to quality control and top management . Don't waste your and my time .Corrective honesty action is required from Morphy Richard India. Please go through all my mail correspondence from 2017 . I have clearly specified in my mail future anything happen Morphy Richard India is responsible .(REFER May to Dec 2017 mail correspondence) But you people ignore my mail . Now I never asked for service but requested take back your manufacturing defective product free of cost . I am aware that service dept is not responsible for this matter . Production and quality dept should take action . So consulting your internal Production and quality dept to arrange for collecting manufacturing defective products free of cost from my residence .
