Morphy Richards — Malfunctioing of Oil Filled Radaitor OFR[protected]

Sir, I purchased an Oil Filled Radaiator OFR[protected], Rating 2000 W, Sl no. M[protected] about 3 years ago.
It is not getting shwitched on due to loose contact at the out put point of the thermostat control. The input supply to the point is ok. However, the output point is loose and upon pressing it, the radiator works.
Pl help addressing the issue.
