[Resolved] Morphy Richards — Microwave not working since one month - Problem Unresolved | |||
I bought a microwave oven 25CG Dlx with 2 Years Gaurantee on July 2013 which is not functioning since last one Month. Called up the service center and compliant number 692184-1 was launched for the same and was assigned to Prompt Services, Sanpada. The technician visited the checked the oven and said there was some loose connection which is not resolved. After 2 days from then the oven again started functioning, for which compliant was again launched[protected] to the same service agency. This time the technician said that he is unable to resolve the compliant and need to take it to Service Center which is located 20 KMs from my residence. I called up the customer care and they promised that the problem will be resolved at my residence with skilled technician for which they again launched a new compliant[protected] and was again assigned to same Service Agency (Prompt Services, Sanpada) on 26-May-2015. But no one visited my residence to resolve the problem. For which I made a follow up call and customer care said that this compliant will be attended soon and again a new compliant was launched[protected]. Looks like Morphy Richards Team is trying to make my gaurantee period expire. Kindly do the needful to launch a compliant at Consumer Forum and help me to get my problem resolved Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 11, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Problem is resolved after multiple follow up. The service center team has replaced the repaired part and solved.. Thanks for your support. Morphy Richards customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
