Dear Sir, My OFR -900 is not working, many complaints have been lodged and your engineer has visited many times but nothing has been done. This was purchased on 18.02.2013 & till date it has not performed even a single day. From the past 2 years we are simply following up with your technecians & local staff. One of your managers has committed to replace the unit in 7 days time but again 20 days have passed & they have not contacted us. Now the 2 year warranty period is also on the verge of completion & your people are simply trying to cross the same so that they can easily say that the unit is out of warranty .One more beauty of your dealings is that your address is not available on any paper which we got from the dealer as well as i have failed to get your address on web site also. I am planning to go to consumer forum and would claim a new OFR with charges for mental agony by your product and company. I live in Lucknow and my address is B-1/10, L-Park, Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow-226006 & my Mobile No is [protected]. Please treat this as my last notice ( I have previously also lodged my complaint on your Mumbai HO Web site but got no response from them ).
