[Resolved] Morphy Richards — OTG thermostat, timer not working properly | |||
Hi! I purchased Morphy Richards OTG on dated 1/9/2013 E zone great India palace Noida. I am facing problem in timer and thermostat. Firs time your service engineer visit and said there is no problem. Second time when again I booked complain on your customer care number. Your engg. visit my place after 3 days of complain. He checked the OTG and found the problem, he adjusted the thermostat but not checked the working.next day when I tried to make pizza, otg didn't work properly.
