Morphy Richards — Request for Service/Replacement Faulty Morphy Richards Toaster Buttons

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the Morphy Richards toaster we recently purchased. The buttons on the toaster are completely stuck inside, and we are unable to press or operate any of them. We tried gently pressing and checking the mechanism, but the buttons appear to be jammed tightly and do not come out at all.

Requesting you to kindly assist with a service check or replacement at the earliest.
