Mother Dairy — Curdled and improper handling mother daily milk

Dear Sir/Madam,
My family using mother dairy milk product from last 25 years undoubtedly on its quality standard .

Here I would like to inform you that in june 2022 onwards 3-4 times we found cow milk get Curdling while boiling it.As milk shop located just 5 mnts walking distance from home, even we start boiling within 10 minutes of its purchase time. We used to purchase toned and cow milk and it’s noticed that curding issues occurred only with cow milk packets.

I intimated it to below Milk shop keeper in July2022 but he said its not my fault and given different issues. Yesterday Again cow milk get curdling when we started boiling in 12 minutes of its purchase time and after that we boiled toned milk from its packet packing without any issue.
