Motilal Oswal — Funds not reflected in account

Hi, I had been contacted by Motilal Oswal representative for demat account opening on 11/06/21 . After lot of marketing I decided to open an account with Motilal Oswal. on 12/06/21 the procedure started and that representative asked me to provide funds first, I was concerned about this and for safety he provided me his Motilal Oswal employee card. Trusting this ID card I transferred funds. From that day till now I have been given false promises that by this time and this time it will be done.
I can provide you the screenshots of conversation and the ID card provided to me.
Please look into this and help in getting my money back.
