Motorola — After sales service | |||||
I got my MOTO E 2ND Generation phone delivered on 18th of july 2015 and after two months i started having problems related to network connectivity . So i went to the service centre nearby and submitted my phone, even before checking they said it would cost you INR3500 as the sim slot is broken but we will finally tell you about your issue on phone after eight hours . Thanks to god that they called me and said that the repair would be free of cost but it would take seven to eight days . I submitted my phone on 29.09.2015 but when went to the service centre on 7th october they said the part is still in demand come after 5-6 days . On 13th october i tried contacting the service centre on various contact numbers but it went in vain . After that i visited the service centre and then i got the same reply as it was previously said to me . Now the problems started I contacted the motorola india customer care, firstly they said we are facing some technical issue kindly call back after 15 minutes . So i called them after an hour and i lodged my complain and it took them three days to revert back to my complain that you can expect back your phone till 20th october . On 19th oct I thought why don't I give a try may be it would have been repaired till now . To my surprise the people of service centre were not picking up the phone on one number and other numbers where dead . So i again called the motorola service centre people and i got a reply sir we are facing some technical issue kindly call back us in two hours . After two hours i again called them and they replied the same call back us in next two hours. After 2 hours i finally got my call attended but it was all in vain because the status was same your part is in demand. That frustrated me a lot and when i said I want to talk to the case incharge the executive said we have escalated the issue he would come back to you in next 48hrs which means another wait of two days .I told the executive kindly revert back to the service centre people that i want my phone back on temporary basis because i was facing a lot of trouble till the part comes to the service centre . But he said it's against our provisions sir . After that i went to the service centre and they said we are not open for the next six days. This means another 10 days wait . may be this kind of after sales service is expected from such a brand which seems even worst than any local brands . My question is when Motorola guys can't provide the service in eight days then why do they promise to do so or keep the phones with them . This is very irritating I am really feeling pathetic . Never seen such a kind of [censored] service from any brand. I any how want my phone back in next two days even on temporary basis i.e without repair till the part is recieved by the service centre people.The work order number is MOW/MG/15/00570 emailid- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have had the exact same experience ! I have no idea what to do. There is no call back. No response from Motrola ! Pathetic !

Just send them a legal notice, if your luck favours you would get compensation from motorola india. I am going to do the same if i don't get my phone back in next 7 days.
