Job sheet no-AMSTVM000546, IMEI NO-[protected], i HAVE SUBMITTED MY DEVICE IN JULY for speaker complaints, they changed my speaker and damaged my mobile, later Problem started with serval compalints, finally they said Board has damaged, from august am waiting for device, I need replacemt at this point. pls help

    Hi,
    I have provided my Motorola G2 mobile phone (IMEI – [protected]) Job Sheet No - MULMG15/02043 to Service Center for Touch and Software issue on below address dated 12th Sept 2015 and they confirmed that they will provide my phone within 15 day Working Days. My phone warranty expires on 28th Sept 2015. I had follow up with them last week and even called Motorola Customer care (complain no –[protected] and they confirm to provide the same by current week .i.e. on 3rd or 5th October 2015 and on 5th Oct 2015 when I Called them again they confirmed that it will take more 1 Month to repair my phone due to parts unavailability. Even I had call the Western Service center main person named Ashish and also sent him SMS about my issue, but didn’t reply. As they have even not provided any back up phone for my use if repairing is taking this amount of time period.

    Can you please take some strict action against them? Also I want is to share this worst service news to all the other people through your news paper.

      SIR, I had given my motog2 on 7/9/15 in guntur motorola service centre due to touch problem. they said parts will be covered in warranty and will give my mobile within 6-10 working days. now it is 14/10/15 still my mobile is in service centre. i lost hope and dont have guarntee in them

          I bought Motorola Moto G gen. 2 on 01stJan, 2015 from Flipkart and since 15 Jan 2015...had facing problem with touch screen. The problem was unexpected, and so I went to an authorised service centre Bell N Tell services, Shop no 06, Padmavati comm, complex, Nr croma, opp. Babashaed ambedkar ground, old Dumping Road, Mulund (west)" contact no [protected], I gave the handset to them on February 2015 and Motorola returned my cell phone after 1 and half months. Later on 22 august 2015 I had again given my handset to authorised service centre for the same issue (touch screen not working). I am being told SEVERAL THINGS LIKE: -1.) You'll get a call in 48 hours from our concerned team, which by the way seems to be least concerned about the customer's grievances. 2.) You will get the handset by this Monday. 3.) After waiting till Monday they ask for one more Monday, and later on finally they given my phone on after 50 days (had handed over on 22/08/2015 and received on 12/10/2015 – escalation no[protected] in between time I had spoken with one Motorola executive name was Balraaj from Ahmadabad who was handling my case[protected]. He told me and assured that I have discussed with higher authority and they confirmed that we will extend your warrantee period by 3-4 months. But after 29/09/2015 he didn’t call me on my case. I got my phone on 12/10/2015 but he didn’t confirm me about my warrantee period extension. Motorola has already taken my 3 of my warranty (including 1stissue which was in February 2015 and now in august 2015. Can you please help me to extend my warrantee period at least. My details are as below.               I bought moto G2 set from flipkart on 4th May with orderId OD[protected] but since then it have issue..firstly it had display issue then i get it repaired from service centre..then battery issue again i repaired now again it hav same issue..nd its charger stoped working...i called company to replace this set but they are not listening at all. its only 5 months nd again and again i m going to service center for repairing everytime they are reseting and spoiling my screen guard also..also my time is getting waste everytime nd still issues are as it is...so kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions against company

                I bought Motorola Moto G gen. 2 on 27th March, 2015 and since 31st August it's call receiver stopped working. The problem was unexpected, and so I went to an authorised service centre, I gave the handset to them on 3rd September and till now I am being told SEVERAL THINGS LIKE :- 1.) You'll get a call in 48 hours from our concerned team, which by the way seems to be least concerned about the customer's grievances. 2.) You will get the handset by this monday. 3.) After waiting till monday they ask for one more monday. They keep on postponing the date of giving the handset. (Seems as if they like the particular handset and want to keep it with them only.) 4.) Still they don't get it repaired and come up with an excuse that the parts are being shipped from abroad and it would take time. All the above reasons or excuses are not a customer's fault. They should manage their inventory of spare parts. It just makes me realise that how horrendous and appalling their service is. Motorola was above all the cheap brands but this makes it more horrible than those cheap brands. It has been almost one and half month now, Motorola has already eaten 1/12th of my warranty and i think it is looking forward to waste 2/12th of the warranty. I finally conclude that DO NOT buy Motorola products. I highly doubt if anyone should buy their products. IT HAS BEEN VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME AND MOTOROLA SHOULD SEE TO MY ISSUE AND ACCORDINGLY COMPENSATE ME FOR MY LOSS OF TIME AND EFFORTS. Contact no. - [protected]

                    I got a faulty phone with speaker complaint and it was replaced by the company after 3 months. But the replaced handset was completely faulty from day 1. Even after persistent complaints they were not ready to accept there is a fault in the handset. Finally after many complaints and mail, one of the manager Mr.Manikandan agreed to replace the set but its been 2 months now and they are not even bothered to get it done. I have to call each and every time to hear "Wait for few more days" and stupid excuses from their side. I am from Kochi, Kerala. Phone gets switched off on taking camera, camera cant focus and hence never get good image quality, gets switched off while talking over phone etc etc... the list is more.

                        Hi, As I was facing the display issue with my Motorola G (2nd Gen.), I submitted my handset to the Service Center on 01-Sept-15. They asked me to wait till 15th as it would be replaced the display. Then, even after 20th Sept, I didn't receive any response so that I had contacted the Motorola India Customer Support and they had asked me to wait till 29th Sept. And on 29-Sep-15, I received the handset delivery but while examining it, I found there was a sound played for 2-3 seconds while pressing a touch on the screen and also, while scrolling up on the screen, the display got zoom automatically. So again, I contacted the Customer Support and they asked me to submit the handset to the Service Center and get the Job Sheet Number which will help them to proceed further. On 01-Oct-15, I rushed to the Service Center and submitted the handset and got the Job Sheet Number (ABH/MG/15/02188). The Service Center, also recognized that there is an issue with the display and motherboard of the handset and it needed to be replaced. After that, I contacted the Customer Support via Chat, Phone and Email. But every time they informed me that the issue has been escalated to the higher team and they will call you back within next 24 hours. Till today, not a single call I have got!!! How inconvenient it is! Even they told me that my warranty period would be extended to 1 month because of the delay in replacing the display, I have not received any concrete proof of it!!! Now, I'm tired of it and seeking resolution as early as possible!!! I do a job in a private company so I don't have time to follow up the process; however, whenever, I got the spare time, my first priority is to contact the Customer Support. Right now, I had talked with Sunilkumar and they provided another assurance to get a call back on Monday!!! Till then I would have to wait...!!! Please... if someone can help me in replacing the faulty handset...

                          Dear Sir, My phone MOTO G2 lies in Bhavnagar Service centre for last 28 days. I have given phone in service centre to get it repaired during my warranty Period. My warranty was getting expired on 26.09.2015. I had submitted my phone on 16.09.2015 and they have fixed faulty parts three times. Then I have demanded for new fresh piece as a replacement against my faulty phone so they denied. As I have called so many times to their customer care number [protected] but they also could not resolve my problem, all the time they have said me wait wait and wait and they have taken 28 days. Still my phone has same issue. My work order numbers with Motorola are as below. BAH/MG/15/00265 BAH/MG/15/00280 BAH/MG/15/00308 BAH/MG/15/00322. I have written mails to their higher authority people also but they also did not reply me back. After so many quarrel, service person Mr. Sandeep Kakadala connected me with service regional manager Mr. Ramashankar and he has given me his contact number +91-[protected] but he has never received my call. Still my issue is pending and service regional manager offered me swapped phone. When I asked him that did I pay for the swap phone? He did not reply me back. As they have sent 3 times faulty parts I asked them that how can we rely on your parts and products?? They could not reply me. I want you to take an initiative and resolve my problem as I am being frustrated because of them. I can provide you all the details which you require.                             Submission date-09/09/2015 I submitted my mobile 30 days before in service center. after 10 days days they returned my mobile without repairing that.On nexy day i again went to service centre and told them that problem is still the same in mobile, they again submitted my mobile for 10 days i.e 19/09/2015.after 10 days i.e 30/09/2015 they called me and said my mobile my mobile needs 10 more days to repair.today 09/10/2015, i again called them and they said that mobile is still not repaired.                               I purchased a motorola mobile - (Moto g second generation) on 10th November, 2014 from flipkart.The IMEI/Serial No of the phone is: [protected]. Within the warranty period, the phone started giving lot of problems. So I deposited the mobile in a nearby service centre - Smart Services (telecon division), Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar -751007 on 29/9/14. Even after 12 days of depositing the mobile, the service centre says I have to wait for another one week for the repaired mobile as the required parts are not available. The service centre never informed me what is status of the repairing and the phone number of this service centre is not working. I dont know why the repairing is taking so much time and why the company is not providing the required parts to service centre in time. Why a customer has to wait for more that 15 days for repairing of a mobile which is under the warranty period?

                              The service centre has written in jobsheet no 5285 that on/off key not working, head phone not working, extremely low battery back up. The motherboard and battery needs to be changed in the phone. Please tell service centre to deliver the phone as soon as possible. Also please update me about the progress of the repairing.

                                  I purchased a moto e handset from flipkart on 2 october 2014.After 8 months i found problems in my handset related to display and power.i submitted it to the service center at bala ji comlex kanpur on 28 sep 2015 they received it in warranty period.After two days i received a message from service center that your handset is ready you can collect it .From that day to till now i have visited there many times but they don't respond in properly even .and i have seen that most of the customer are in trouble because of them for more than a month.now i am worried for my handset and thinking about those poor people .so i wish that u do some legal action against this public welfare plea.

                                    I have purchased my phone(Moto G2) in Feb'15. I am having ringer problem since last month. First of all, there is no service centre in Yamunanagar(HR). So I was forced to visit Ambala. They replaced my ringer(supposed to), but the problem remain same. next I visited Saharanpur. They replaced the ringer but sound level was very poor and when later checked, I observed receiver also having the same issue for blurred sound. Then I visited Chandigarh. First of all address mentioned on website is wrong. When I visited the mentioned address, there I found that it has shifted to Sec 31, then I reached sec 31 and there I found another notice stating Motorola care centre from there also. So finally I reached the exact place after visiting three places. When I submit my phone for repair, they told me that they are not having receiver and mic and it will take 15 days to get repaired, although this is general item which should be always in stock even on such major service centre. Finally I was forced to take my phone back as I can't submit my phone for such a long period. For replacing speakers of approx 500rs. value, I wasted almost 2000Rs. for service centre visit and also my precious time. So finally I am still standing with same issue. I must say that Motorola Service is worst ever I have experienced. I will never buy any Motorola product in future and also will never recommend to anybody.

                                      In the month of june after getting an update to lolipop.. even after not udating the phone.. phone was like that of a blocked device and was not able to use... imei getting null.. baseband version unknown..sims not detecting... after a lot of contacts and all...and after waiting for 1 month motorola provided free service for me when i got my phone back it was upgraded to loipop for correct 1 month it worked without much issue despite of getting restarting in between... again same issue imei getting null..baseband version unknown in past 2 months a lot o[censored]sers facing same issue only solution is tio change motherboard 2900 rs repair for a phone of rs 6000 who is responsible for this error a lot of people are having same issue its not possible to spend 3000 rs repair for a phone what to do?

                                        I am Debabrata Singha Mahapatra from Kolkata, West Bengal. I purchased Motorola Moto G2(Model-XT1068) mobile from flipkart as on 29/4/2015. Then I was facing some problem with touch screen. So I submitted my mobile in motorola Service Centre (B2x Kolkata) as on 31st Aug 2015. They told me it will take around maximum 10 to 15 days but we will try to replair as soon as possible (Job Number-AMSKOL003001). After 15 days when I Called on Motorola Service Centre to know the status of mobile they told me that parts does not available and they assured me mobile will be repaired in next 7 days. Then I called Motorola customer care and they also told same thing as Motorola service center, kolkata. After next 7 days when I Called on Motorola Service Centre they told me the same thing that parts does not available and assured me mobile will be repaired in next 7 days. After next 7 days when I Called Motorola Service Centre they again told me the same thing that parts does not available and assured me mobile will be repaired in next 7 days. Then I called Motorola customer care to get written confirmation and they send me a mail on 29/9/2015 where they mentioned, “As per the work order the device will be repaired by 6th OCT”. Then when I called service Centre on 7th OCT they again told me the same thing that parts does not available. So I then called Motorola customer care again and then they send me another mail on 8/10/2015 where they mentioned that the device will be repaired by 13th OCT”. I really disappoint with this Kind of Motorola Service. First i got defective mobile and now getting very bad after sales service. So I am very helpless as a consumer.
