Hi team, i visited to service center durgapur (RBB Solutions Pvt. Ltd.-STE ) today, i experienced a worst service by the service center . They are saying the handset had already been opened by local and local display had been placed, which i had never given to handset to local, why should i give the handset to local repair as i have one year warranty of my handset . i have g5s plus handset, jobsheet no -S0IN[protected], IMEI NO ([protected]) They denied to give my warranty service, worst and pathetic experience with lenovo motorolla brand . kindly look into this matter ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a Moto E4 plus mobile on before 4-5 months through flipkart. Now the phone is showing lot of issues, majorly touch screen issues. The bottom part of the touch has completely stopped working, the navigation tabs stopped working since 2 days. I tried to contact service and customer care but none recieving the call. Kindly revert to this.
