[Resolved] Motorola India — motorola is a fraud company making fool to people in the name of big brand worst service with 3rd class mobile quality. | |||||
This is mohd kamil. Today i am going to tell you real story on motorola india service. My story and my bad time started when i brought moto g4 phone from amazon. After 2 month (3 jan, 2017) i had a minor issue with my phone i. E earphone jack was not working so i visited service center they said to me that your motherboard got damage and not working so we need to change that to new one and i was shocked that how earphone jack problem will convert to motherboard damage problem but anyhow i agreed to submit my phone coz my phone was in under warranty and i don't need to spend against the service so i have submitted my phone, they changed the motherboard and handover the phone after 15 days. I came back to home and noticed that speaker was not working so i went there and told them the new issue and submitted phone again. And wtf i was surprised they creaked my display while repairing phone' speakers. They changed the display. I collected the phone and it got out of order once again after 15 days the phone got automatically switched off and i had visited to the service centre again and this time they have changed my phone battery to the new one. The issue was resolved, but the battery backup was not upto mark. 50% of battery draining in one hour so i had to submit the phone again they checked and said battery is working fine even i used in front of authorize person with the same issue they said to me setup your phone setting, it will drain fast first time so, give it to some time and charge your battery again, i came back to my place but the issue was not resolve really i fed up the motorola india's service and their so called lazy service centre. I complained on the social media they said give us one chance if this time problem will not resolve, we will provide replacement or refund so i visited motorola service center and submitted the phone. After 5 days i received a call from the motorola india head office and they said all issues of the phone have been resolved and you can collect the phone when. I went there and checked the phone but the phone have the same issues. I have visited around 13th time to service centre and at the end i have found they didn't even changed anything in my phone because they always issued manual job sheet against the service and i have informed from the head office this time you will get electronic job sheet which reflect in company's data. Now they want me to collect the phone having the same issue. I need either replacement or refund against my phone. I have submitted my Moto 360 watch well within warranty period, but have been waiting for replacement /update for past 9 months. Such service is disappointing.
