[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — faulty mobile handset delivered | |||
I have purchased moto g5 splus from poorvika mobiles madiwala bangalore on 6 mar 2018 and by 1 month the camera has stopped working without any reason. I have just checked by phone at the lenovo service center and came to know that the camera hardware is having some issues and the same needs to be replaced. The phone is at the service center and when i have enquired regarding the delay they have told me that the new hardware they have recieved is also having some issues. Motorola / lenovo is that no testings are done before the products are delivered?. Is there no value for the customers money? Was this information helpful? | |||
