[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Harassment | |||||
I purchased moto G turbo edition on January 22nd 2016 from amazon. The handset started giving minor issues in the very first month. On June 20th, the handset charging stopped working and also the charger. I visited the service centre in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon on June 21st and got my phone back on July 6th wherein they replaced my old charger with new one also change charging Jeck. On the very next day, I faced the same problem again as phone was not charging despite checked with several chargers. I visited the service centre again on July 19th and submitted the phone and got my phone back on July 29th stating that they have changed charging jeck again. The problem doesn't ends here. On the very next day again, the charging was not working and went to the service centre again and got my phone back on August 19th as spoke to Senior engineer at the service centre that they have changed the mother board. After a week, the phone started heating like anything stopped working.When I spoke to Mr. Aasad( engineer) at the service centre to replace the phone, he rejected and ask me to again visit the service centre. I have already spend thousands visiting there service centres again and again and they are not at all bothered that customer is facing the problem again and again and have harassed me in not providing any solution.
