Motorola Mobility — Moto g3 fooling consumers
I had ordered Motorola Moto g3 on 1st oct 2015 from flipkart and on 2nd dec unfortunately my phone was under tap water for few seconds and few minutes later the phone display was gone and later it stopped working completely even the back panel was tightly closed and also it was also having another back cover. And yesterday i had visited the nearest service center after seeing my phone the guy from service center told me that nothing can be happen of this phone now. Even if i go to repair this phone it will cost me as much as the phones price this was his words . Even the company says that the Moto G 3rd Gen is water resistant enough to handle splashes and accidental drops in water. Designed to withstand immersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes, then what was wrong in my case. There are many friends of mine who have the same phone and they have done water testes which you can see it on youtube also. As i said it was not done purposely it was just an accident and it didn't even banged the ground or something like that. It just have been 2 months and this happened. I am very disappointed with this product of Motorola. Being an media student i need cell phone to be updated and as i'm doing my collage fest and other media events as well, i'm in a big mess after this incident. I hope you understand and give me a positive feedback ASAP. Was this information helpful?
