I have purchased Moto X Play from Flipkart as soon as it was launched trusting Motorola company. Initially Phone looked good when arrived but started having network issues after a weeks time. Service center informed about faulty network hardware and asked to leave phone for part replacement. However its been 1 and half month but phone is still lying with them as the part is not available with them and no hope of receiving it soon. Call center is always promising a new date from last 25 days but showed no real intention of repairing it. I have invested my hard earned Rs.18, 500 in this phone but seems like a waste.
