Dear Sir I bought the Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen) from Flipkart on[protected] IMEI no [protected] Invoice no. #DEL[protected] . Now its not working properly. 1.Your Order ID: OD[protected] 2. Registered e-mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com I even got it checked from the authorized Service Center in Delhi West Janakpuri 4- 5 times. They kept the phone with them for a week and returned me but still I am facing the same problem Its got suddenly hang, mobile app don't work apps tray . unfortunately have been stoped, some time and some time volume & voice problem . because of this I m getting so much problems. even spoke to your customer care number [protected] but I have not got any solution to this problem.
