[Resolved] Motorola — moto m phone issue not resolved yet | |||
I purchased moto m mobile phone on 24th april 2017 from flipkart (Order id od[protected]. After using it for 10 days it started showing many problems like device restarts automatically, hanged and also unnecessary pop up with message like "google app has stooped". Within 15-20 days these problems became very frequent and pop up error message continuously comes whenever device is unlocked. I was suggested by motorola customer care to submit this device to service center. Submitted my device on 24th may 2017 and i was called to collect my phone two time but both times device issue was not resolved. They just updated the software and didn't check whether the issue is resolved or not. I found all issues still exist, so i submitted it third time at kavya enterprise pune service center but they have not yet fixed the problem instead came to know that service center will be closed in few days so they have sent all the device to motolora office. Till today i don't know where exactly my phone is and whether i will get back my phone. I didn't expected such a poor quality of product from motorola and i want motolora to replace my phone with a new one or return my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
