[Resolved] Motorola — no reply or failing to resolve the issue | |||||
I had purchased a lenovo phone from flipkart as on 24/05/2017. On using the device for about 2 months i found the touch screen to be unresponsive at some specific location. So i returned the device to the service center, from their failing to repair the issue i was given a new phone moto g 5 s plus from the service center. The device was performing good untill some software update came and ruined the device. Now the device has been showing low signal strength all time where the cellular reception is very good and battery is draining very fast. On giving to the service center they act as it is normal and simply give the phone without resolving the issue. When i went there second time the customer care told to give it to some other place since they cannot replace the same. And they are never accepting the problem as such. After the bad experiecn i contacted the online support of lenovo and moto but they all are not giving a solution to the problem. I do not want to own a phone having a problem that the company is unable to resolve. I had requested them for option of returning the phone and give the money or a solution to this problem.
