Motorola — Replacement/repair of the Moto G (L12690, black)-16GB, first generation mobile phone running under warranty period. | |||
Dear Sir, In the matter above it is to say that I purchased black colored Moto G Motorola mobile phone through filpkart last year warranty of which is going to expire on 19th of August 2015. Due to moisture problem in the mobile I approached to service centre name Ensure support service, F-46 B, Ramesh Marg, C-scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan for replacement/repair of mobile mentioned above but they directly refused to entertain this case. Touch screen of this mobile is working properly, mobile can be switched on and off, display is there on screen (some haziness) and all other functions are proper. The service centre directly refused to even examine the damage occurred if any due to moisture. Sir, when my mobile is running under guarantee period then why I am devoid of being repair/replacement of my mobile? Please consider my request in arranging necessary formalities for replacement/repair of my mobile at the earliest. I have approached the company on 13th and 14th August 2015 i.e. 4-5 days earlier before completion of warranty period. Thanking You.
