[Resolved]  Motorola Solutions — Moto g 3g handset issue unresolved

I had purchased a motorola g3 (3g) phone through flip kart vide invoice no : # blr_wfld[protected], serial no of the mobile - [imei/serial no: [protected] on 05-september-2015.

Have given the said mobile at the service center for repairing at bhubaneswar on[protected] – job sheet no-9321 and the mobile is repaired as per the service center. but they have not told about the problem of the phone and replied that "there is a system error, hence they can not tell about the resolved issue", since then, i have not got any calls from the service center where in i have given both my mobile nos ([protected] / [protected]).

Sorry to put a note that, i am geting the same error after geting the phone repaired from the service center. they have just played with the syatem and with my emotions.
This is the worst service from your authorised service center and immediate measures need to be taken in order to address it.
There is only one land line[protected] available and no body is bothered to pick up the phone, when it is ringing else the line is busy. up on asking for the alternate mobile no, they are not providing any no.

"the problem with the mobile - all the applications are randomly oepning while the battery is low'" and virtually i have to switch off the phone and charge it untill it is normal.

Awaiting an early action.
