I had purchased a MOTO G (3rd Generation) Mobile (IMEI/Serl.No. [protected]) through flipkart com on dated 11.09.2015 invoice.no. CHNPUZHAL[protected]. Unfortunately the handset was not working and I gave it to MOTO G authorized service centre Pune-Pluse EnterprisesSolutions (B2X), Address . Shop No.7, Guard Apartment, 518 Narayan Peth, Near Mod Ganpati Temple, Pune – 411030 on their job card No. AMSPUE001776 dated 11.10.2015 at, 1.04.34pm. So far so many times I visited the service centre, they told me that, the parts not yet received from the company. After getting the parts they will repair it and give. I also made lot of calls to MOTO G. call centre and they are making me false promises as on date. Please look into the matter at urgent basis and help me get my mobile with immediate effect.
