To whom so ever concern. I have Purchase Moto g plus mobile phone through amazon online on July 2016 The said mobile phone went out of order by automatic ON-OFF-ON The matter was taken up to the service centre at vile parle. I was advice for change of battery which was ill advice as life of battery cannot be for 2 months. Service centre checked with their battery and found that network was not picking as IC is gone. Now I have being advice that for change of IC we required to change the mother board with approx. up to Rs 12, 000/- I had Paid Rs 15, 000/- Towards cost of mobile and now I required to spend 12, 000/- for repair. It is unjustified that new instrument of Caliber of your company should malfunction in today’s time.it is interest of all that mobile must be replaced with a new one immediately. I now i will not suggest your mobile phones to my frnds and relative ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
