Motorola Solutions — Ter sale service motorola mobiles are faulty and total failure in after sale service non-cooperation and inadequate services

My name is gaurav kocher i am living in jalandhar city (India) i am working with media and news paper and as an rj in all india radio. I am not expecting this type of third class service from a brand like motorola i have more then 5 motorola brand mobiles in my family including one moto e 1st gen, two moto e 2nd gen and two moto g 3rd gen mobile phones with me and my family i was a fan of motorola brand and a loyal clint till i had never face any issue with mobile but now i thought it was my biggest mistake because

In last month my moto e 2nd 4g (Which i purchased in feb 2016) was not able to start properly then i ask my friend “rohit” what to do then my friend rohit along with me called to your.India customer care no[protected] from my phone no.[protected] and your c. Care team try to solve my problem but when they are unable to solve it, then they told us to go to motorolo authorized service center. They also gave me the service center address named.. (New rays enterprises sco 11, khukhrana complex, canal road, near khaira palace. Jalandhar, punjab - 144002 phone no. [protected] / [protected]..)

Then on 12th april 2016 i went to motorola service center at there your authorized phone mechanic named “sanjeev” took my phone and check it properly. He told me that may be some software issue so come after a day and my phone will be repaired. But next day he told me that he opened it and checked it properly it and it is the only motherboard issue and it has to be changed, my phone is in warranty so no issue with the charges it will be free of cost and it will take 7 to 8 days for order and to receive the motherboard from the motorola main center. I agree it and i again confirm that no other fault is there and no charges should be there for the repair. He confirmed it and gave me a job sheet with no. Wys/mg/16/00022 and ask me to wait for 7 to 8 days. I waited for that time and in between i called him many times and inquired about my phone’s repair status. I also call to motorola c. Care about the update of the status of my phone

On 27th april 2016 i called to “sanjeev”service center mechanic about the progress of my phone and he said me that he just received the spare parts and within half an hour he will fix my mobile. I was very happy that i will get my phone ready and use my moto as i used in past but all my expectation was ruined when half an hour after i again phoned him about should i come now and he simply said said that may be the display of my mobile is broken i rushed to the service center. But service center is closed and mechanic told me to come in the next morning.

On 28th april 2016 next morning i with my brother pankaj “sub edition in indian news paper ajit samachar” went to service center mechanic “sanjeev”told me that your display is broken. I ask him how because when i gave my mobile to you it was perfect he said no it is broken that he found today. (Which actually he was lying) because when i gave him the phone he checked it properly and gave me job sheet where nothing type of display broken or even a single scratch is not mentioned signed by himself. (The copy of job sheet is attached with this mail). And he asked me for the money to repair the phone where my phone is under the warranty and he assured me that no charges should be taken.

I asked him if display is broken then why not you informed me at the time of submission of the mobile to him or even after 2 or 3 days where i asked you clearly about my phone status. And you tell me today on the time of giving the phone back to me. He simply had no answer and said that i have to pay the charges for the display otherwise phone should not be repaired…i further asked him if display is already broken before submission of the mobile to him then why not it is mentioned in the job sheet and how he accepted the damaged display and order for motherboard where damaged display phone is not covered under the warranty but still he had no answer

I asked him to show my phone he showed my phone and now in the phone display broken shows but what a funny coincidence the gorilla glass is not broken and even touch is not broken but display is broken. I further asked him when i gave it to you display is quite perfect or if i supposed it is broken how you accept a broken display mobile without mentioned it on job sheet and how it is possible the display broke from inside not from outside… clearly shows that it only happens when somebody is opened or close it incorrectly and in that process it is broke from inside.. And as in mine phone is concern it is only opened by him as authorized by motorola service center otherwise my warranty is void and he could simply return my phone or mentioned it on job sheet but he didn’t because my phone is not opened or tempered or broken before its submission to him otherwise he refused to repair it under warranty.

O as circumstances clearly indicate that only two possibility is there either he (The motorola service center authorized mechanic) broke the display at the time of the fitting of mother board or he changed my display with some other faulty display fraudly for illegally making profit..In both cases i am not the guilty and not liable for to pay to the said repair charges. I didnot took my unrepaired phone and from till date 12th april it is still in the service center.

Then i called to motorola customer care again and told the the whole story they note down my complaint and ask me to wait for the phone call of mr arvind from rss team on 3rd may…but there is no phone call i received on 3rd may form rss team (You can check and clarified my phone call records from the vodaphone india) then i called back to c. Care they asked me to go to service center your phone is repaired but when i went there still the same condition i again call to c. Care he again ask me to await for 1 day for a call from mr. Arvind i again waited but still no call is from that side even i called to c. Care more then 20 times in and ask to connect me to mr. Arvind.

After a long time of irritation and frustration they connect my call to mr. Arvind i explained him all the details and told him that i had all the proofs and also the call record of conversation between me and that service center mechanic and also the job sheet which is clear cut proof of my innocence and the fraud of sanjeev.. He assured me that he will look into the matter resolve my problem he ask me to wait for one more day and he will get me and that mechanic on call conference to clear the situation. I agree.. But after two days there was no response from mr. Arvind so i became restless, harassed and very depressed too. Again i called to c. Care so many times but after so much time when i argue with c. Care and told him that i go for the legal court about this fraud and harassment the i got a call from mr. Arvind where he simply denied to solve my problem because it is the matter between me and service center and service center boy told him that the display was broken before the submission of the mobile.. Where i asked to mr. Arvinedr that proof me how because i have all the proofs that display is not broken before submission.. Like job sheet where nothing of mention about broken display at submission time my phone call recording with the conversation of mechanic.

Mr arvid had agree with me that there is something fishy with service center (I have recording of that conversation too) but he is helpless.. And said that i am free to take any action and case is closed from there side and when i argue about to prove me that i am guilty he not listen to me at all and cut my call very abruptly and unprofessionally and unethically …so that’s why i post on your fb page …that your employ and your mechanics all are frauds.. Your company is full of cheaters …after proving my points and agree with my facts your non cooperative and unprofessional employ mr. Arvind said that he can’t do anything. Where as a senior employ and brand motorola representative it is his duty to resolve the problem. He left me in the center.. It harasses me a lot that what a big mistake i made to purchase such a low grade service mobile.

O now i am making my mind to go to the consumer court as well as leagal hearing against motorola authorized service center

Because it is case of fraud & cheating under section 420/415 ipc and non-cooperation and inadequate services.

Also against” motorola company” for poor/not providing/failing in after sale service, unprofessional behavior, hiring unprofessional technicians, non-cooperation and inadequate services. And for mental harassment..

Because now only they can give me justice and teach you a proper lesson with a big penalty and also by defame a so called brand like moto and more i am also working for print media and electronic media so i make sure it that i will publish this all ill treatment, chating & poor after sale service and in news papers and on tv channels and on all social medias and other possible means where i can aware the people that in future no one buy motorola products and save him self into trouble and harassed by you people..
