[Resolved] Motorola — Worst mobile phone ever used and worst services | |
I purchased moto g4 plus on june 17 ( biggest mistake of my life) from amazon.After usage of 12 to 15 days, lots of problems arised . 1. Mobile phone used to get switched off by its own. 2. battery draining. 3. Hanging 4. Getting overheated After these issues, i took it to nearby service center. They did some software update and tried to sort out my problem.But after that also my phone was not working properly. I talked to amazon customer care, they said to ask for DOA certificate from motorola. When i asked for the certificate from the service center, they again took my phone and took 25 to 30 days to return it back. When i used to call them, they used to say parts are not available. After 25 -30 days, they gave my phone back but then also im facing lots of issues in my mobile phone. I am really pissed off between these two companies i.e. motorola and amazon. None of the companies are trying to sort out my problems. Plz try to solve my problems and give me a replacement because genuinely the product is defective.
